DESCRIPTION:The Captain’s & Officers-In-Charge Course is a one-day course. The day starts at 10 am and will finish around 5 pm. Food and refreshments will be provided. For any further queries\, please do not hesitate to get in touch. \nWho Should Attend \nThe course is to be taken at some point after Young Leader Training\, and will be open to existing Captains and Leaders who would like to develop into a Captain’s role at a later stage or for anyone who wishes to improve their Sectional Management Skills. \nCourse Description \nThis course covers all the essential information and skills for Captains and officers-in-charge. At the end of the course participants will be able to: \n– Feel more confident in their role of Captain\n– Demonstrate an understanding of mandatory duties and responsibilities\, and the boundaries of accountability\n– Plan for the development of Company work and ensure targets are met\n– Understand how to establish and maintain positive working relationships with Company staff and develop the team effectively\n– Identify how to manage the continuation and development of their BB Company \nBookings must be made by Saturday\, 7th January 2017 and must have the FULL fee required\, which is not returnable.  The fee per member is £20. \nAttachments:\nCourse Information.pdf \nBooking Form.pdf
