DESCRIPTION:This will take place in the Conference Suite at SnoZone. Head to SnoZone in Xscape and head up the stairs/lift to the bar. The Conferencing facilities are here. We only have access to the room in the afternoon. \n\n\n\nPlease use the Xscape carparks \n\n\n\nUniform does not need to be worn\, HOWEVER we would love you to spread the work of the BB by wearing a BB polo shirt or similar. \n\n\n\nBuffet lunch and afternoon hot and cold drinks will be provided in the conference room from 1pm \n\n\n\nActivities and buffet lunch must be prebooked with Vicki Brownlee (all bookings by TEXT or EMAIL will be acknowledged). Last date for activity and lunch bookings is Wednesday 4 March. Please advise of any dietary needs. \nLunch and activities are FREE of charge for BB leaders and members (Company/Seniors and Amicus) of the Yorkshire and Humberside District. You may be asked to pay if you reserve places for activities and do not attend. \n\n\n\nALL COMPANY\, SENIORS\, AMICUS AND REGISTERED LEADERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE ACTIVITIES BEFORE AND AFTER THE MEETING AS WELL AS THE MEETING ITSELF. BB Leaders from the ‘home’ company remain responsible for the young people attending and the relevant permissions\, risk assessments and special activity consent forms should be completed. Prizes for events will be awarded. If BB members (not leaders) access the free places they are expected to attend the meeting. \n\n\n\n  \nTimings\n\n\n\n\n10:30am – Meet outside Starbucks for those planning to attend morning activities \n10:45am – Bowling or Laserquiz (whichever is available at this time) \n11:45am – Adventure Golf at Volcano Falls \n1:00pm – Buffet lunch provided in the Conference Room \n1:45pm – Meeting start \n4:00 pm – Anticipated end to the meeting
