SUMMARY:AGM 2024
DESCRIPTION:Our 2024 AGM is to be held in the Matterhorn Suite at Xscape\, Castleford on 16th March 2024. \nWe will be joined for the meeting by Caroline McBain\, the newly appointed Engagement and Development Worker from BBHQ\, whom some may know from previous work on Building Stronger.  It will be good for Caroline to get to know members of the District through informal chats on the day. \n\n\nPlease ensure you have read the important details in the agenda document which has been sent via email\, in advance of the meeting. Please pass on any inclusions for the commemorations to Vicki Brownlee. \n\n\nTimings\n11:00 – Meet outside Volcano Falls for Adventure Golf (£8) \n12:00 – Anticipated end of Golf and time for lunch in Xscape \n13:15 – Gather for the meeting in the Matterhorn Suite. Please do not bring food or drink to the Matterhorn Suite unless it has been purchased in the adjoining bar – coffee etc is available to purchase from the bar. \n13:30 – Meeting start \n15:30 – Anticipated end to the meeting – chance to grab a drink or snack prior to bowling \n16:30 – Bowling (£8) starts \n17:30 – Anticipated end of bowling and end of event \nALL COMPANY\, SENIORS\, AMICUS AND REGISTERED LEADERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE ACTIVITIES BEFORE AND AFTER THE MEETING AS WELL AS THE MEETING ITSELF.  BB Leaders from the ‘home’ company remain responsible for the young people attending and the relevant permissions\, risk assessments and special activity consent forms should be completed. Prizes for events will be awarded. \nBookings for the Golf and Bowling MUST be with Vicki Brownlee before 12 noon on Saturday 2 March. Payment on the day\, but you if you book and fail to attend you may need to make payment too. All bookings will be acknowledged.
